1. General Policy
At NSREEM United States, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services and custom development, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.
2. Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project before development has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 5% administrative processing fee. Once the development phase has started, deposits are non-refundable.
3. Milestone-Based Deliverables
Our projects are often structured with milestone-based payments. Once a milestone has been approved and paid for, that portion of the payment is considered final and non-refundable.
4. Technical Support & Maintenance
Fees for monthly maintenance or support packages are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle.
