1. Digital Delivery
NSREEM provides services and digital products in United States. As such, we do not ship physical goods. All deliverables are transmitted electronically via email, secure cloud storage, or direct deployment to your servers.
2. Delivery Timelines
Project timelines are estimated during the proposal phase. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery times may vary based on the scope of work and client responsiveness.
3. Acceptance of Deliverables
Upon delivery of the final project files or deployment to the live environment, you will have a specified period (typically 7-14 days) to review and approve the work. If no feedback is received within this period, the project will be deemed accepted.
4. Physical Contracts
In rare cases where physical contracts or hardware are involved, shipping costs and timelines will be agreed upon in writing prior to dispatch.
